175 watt retro fit mh

I have a 150 watt retro fit metal halide with 1 mth old bulb. Refelctor as well. The ballast needs some work, it isn't turning on. $50

Is it 150 or 175? Either way, I'll give you 25 if it isnt working.

I could do 25 for just the ballast. The bulb, reflector, and wiring are worth 50 themselves. The bulb was 65 new and is barely broke in.
