Is a 175W MH too much for a 29 gallon? Would I be better off with PC's, or a combo of both? I will be upgrading soon, and plan on sticking to the 29 gallon size for several more years. Thanks!

it depends on what type of corals ur ganna be keeping. MH is mostly used on big deep tanks or sps corals. but most ppl has kept sps on vho's. and for a low wide tank like a 29 that would be ur best bet! JMO i also have a 29 gal and if i had the $$$ i would go with vho's, but if you plan on up grading in the future go with MH.. right now im using 1 compact flouresent and it's only 95 watts:D and everything seem to be doing well.....
here is a link to some pic's of my tank to give u and idea!

Thanks for the advice. I think I will be going w/ the PC's. I found a pretty good deal on a 3x55W set-up. Also, is that a clown trigger (I couldn't see it very well) you had in the first couple of photos? Did you have a mantis shrimp or something? Just curious.
Thanks!
