18 watt retrofit

I see JBJ makes an 18 watt 11" long clip on light. But I can't seem to find anyone making an 18 watt 11-12" retrofit light. (Basically I'm trying to figure how much light I can put in an Eclipse 3 gal tank hood--and 12" is the width limit). Any suggestions?

Here is a 13w retro - 8"L x 3 1/2"W x 2"H from Hello Lights.
This past weekend we were looking at the 3g but ended up going with the 6g becouse of the lighting.
Do you already have the 3g?

Yeah, I've actually got a couple of them from my fw days. Thinking about pulling one out of the basement and making a lil office tank...trying to decide which way to go--nano sps or a lil dwarf seahorse tank. sounds like sps is out as i just wouldn't be able to make the lighting work. but seahorsies could be very nice. any one have input? (and yes, i will only be buying tank raised sea horsies--no wild caught ones for me)
