i justed finished my 180 it has a slime line 350 wetdry with a 40 watt uv and a life reef protein skimmer and two rio pumps. do u think i coud keep a golden puffer 5-6 inches a tusk a testesla eel small and a clown a lion a clown grouper and a panther grouer boyh 5-6

that is clown trigger and both groupers aregoingto be 6 inches

no, thats too many fish. the trigger would also pick on the puffer and 2 groupers usually dont mix. tesselatas are my favorite of all fish, but they are mean as heck and usually will eat other tank mates unless they are much bigger than the eels mouth. when you say clown grouper are you referring to Pogonoperca Punctata? triggers and puffers usually dont mix too well. if i were you i would get the tesselata, a grouper (my favorites are miniatus and blue line, and either the puffer or a black volitans lion. make sure that the fish are bigger than the eel though. hth, bo
