That's a lotta light, but you'll be alright, just acclimate slowly.
Flow will be good, but stay away from the southdown type sands, I'm switching mine out right now for bigger stuff, it blows around with my flow and gets in the water column. If you are gonna run a lot of flow southdown type grainy sand is not the way to go.
I'm not sure about the tunze skimmers, but if they're anything like their powerheads you shouldn't have anything to worry about. If the euroreef is on there you should be fine.
I never needed a aqualifter for my korallin reactor, or a pH meter, but better safe than sorry, I also never had one on my cpr overflow box.
You'll like the Iwaki pump, they're the bomb. I don't have any powerheads of anything.
If you're really going to dive for SPS look into running ozone, you'll love its benefits, you could also look into a media reactor, my phosphate reactor cut my algae growth in half. Good luck with your tank, looks like you are very well informed.

correct me if Im wrong but isnt that a turnover rate of over 36x an hour? Between the Iwaki, and the two other pumps? I run 25 and things are pretty rapid in the tank.... I hope this isnt a problem for you.
