Stuff has to cycle..You can do it...without realizing it you have successfully run a 29g SWF tank. Now go bigger to the 75g.....you are more than ready. You joined a few months behind me.

Flower, I know I can do a 75G that is not why it is not set up. First it was getting someone to do the wiring for the tank and add a new breaker. Then now the floor has to be reinforced, that is going to happen Saturday this week, So if that doesnt take that much time I should be setting up the 75G this weekend and I have Monday off also... I know that things have to cycle, and the clowns are happy by themselves in the 29G QT... It will get done don't you worry and there will be pics, pics and more pics... LOL

AHHHH...okay...I'm waiting. I could not have waited to set up my tank as long as you have, but i did the same thing your planning.
I had a friend come out and do my electric and had him check my flooring...but he didn't charge me anything but the materials. I had him install 4X4 GFCI outlets two high and two low on each side of the tank, (16 altogether) and had him run a new line to the breaker box for that wall. He took half the wall off, did the electrical work and replaced the wall. He said my tank would be sitting over a main beam in the crawl space, so he didn't reinforce the floor, but said it was already plenty strong enough. peace of mind is worth it all.
