1st 2 horses

my first 2 horses arrived today and i opened up box to see they were both dead what a heart break i called and they are sending me 2 more today my question is when they ship arent they suppose to ship with a heat pack of some sort they were in just a bag of water inside a little brown box i purchased them from aquariums by katrina over internet has anybody heard of this site

never heard of them...but with as cold as it's getting heat packs are getting needed now unless you're still in a warmer part....if they haven't already shipped the horses you might mention it to see about having one added.

Ive never heard of that site myself....u must be very careful as to how u get ur horses.
May I ask for some details on ur tank? Size how long it has been runnin parameters ect.....
I hope u have done a lot of the necessary research before purchasing these horses. Im not trying to be mean I just know firs hand how hard they can be to keep. I will cross my fingers the new horses arrive to u safely!

That's awful. Are you sure that they are captive bred? And I definitely agree with what Bronco said. Double check with your supplier.
