i have a 35 hex and 1 damsel w/ 2 percula clowns i have about 20lbs of live rock. what kind of anemone should i get for the clowns. my lighting is just what the 35 hex came w/.. will this be adequate. i tried a 50/50 light but it wasnt very strong. thanks
I'm not a pro and I'm sure there are people in here that could answer this question better then me. But, I would have to say that you are way under lighted. I would say at least 140watts is what you want.
You diffenitly (sp?) dont have enought wattage for an anemone. You need a lot more wattage than that at least 5 watts per gallon. Alos how deep is you hex? I have a bubble tip in my 45 gallon and have 302 watts of lights. My tank is only 16 inches deep.
