2.5 gallon cycling!!

I just tested the levels on my 2.5 gallon tank that I am currently cycling. My ammonia has dropped to 0 and the nitrates are out the roof. Should I do a water change yet or give it another week or so?? Thanks

does it have a sand bed? If so let it go another week . . . if not do a WC.
