2.5 gallon heat issue

I have had my 2.5 desktop nano set up for a couple weeks now, its cycled and everything, did a waterchange, all parameters look good except for the temperature. I have 2 of the 15 watt bayco lights from home depot up there, one of the stock lights, and one actinic. The lights sit about 2.5"-3" above the water (anything else the canopy would have looked huge). The water stays at about 86ish degrees, which is too hot for any corals (right?).
My question is... would finding some way to mount a small fan or something significantly reduce the heat? or is there another technique that I am not aware of? The back of the canopy is open to allow for maximum airflow, but it still gets hot.
Any Ideas?
Thanks in advance

ON a tank that small a fan would be murder on evaporation. Though @ 86 degrees you might have some pretty stiff evaporation right now. How about drilling some holes in the canpoy to allow more air flow? Can you drill some angled holes in the top to keep the light from shooting up and allow for eat escape? Cutting lighting cycles? Also - freeze a tray of RO/DI water and put it in to help with evaporation. Run a cannister filter that is in a cooler area to help cut down on the heat excahnge??
Sorry short of buying a chiller or adding more air flow (or a small fan) can't think of a way to do it ....
