2 Clowns 'dancing' and cleaning

I have two Clarkis. They used to fight evenly, even though, one was a little bit larger than the other. Now one is much larger than the other and they 'dance'. I don't know how else to put it. They swim around each other and move like their fanning. The small one is the aggressor now.
Then they have been straight up and down with their mouths down, cleaning the heck out of the rock just under the sebae anemone they live in for long periods.
Are these things mating?

The smaller one does the dance to show submission. The larger one is getting practice. Is she (larger one) about 3"? If not I do not think she will lay anytime soon.

She is around 3" and the small one is 2". She is also showing some sort of bone on her side or cheek that I've never seen before. She's fat so she's not starving.
If they lay eggs, is there any chance they could hatch and live in a reef tank with other inhabitants?

Fry are very hard to raise but can be done. I think "Bang Guy" has a thread on his success.

Don't think my wife is on board for another setup. She just checked the Visa bill and I'm on it a lot for reef stuff.
If they hatch, it'll just be more food for the rest of the fish in there.
Thanks for the info,
Tom
