2 days ago i got 2 clownfish!.....whats wrong?

They are true percs around 3-4 years of age (one is larger than the other) they have been in the same tank at the petstore for 2-3 years (becuase they didn't want to sell them)
anyways i acclimated them and they were fine.
in the morning the female was at the top right hand corner(im guessing sleeping)
the male was at the bottom left hand corner(im guessing sleeping)
well anyways the female keeps picking on the male why?

cause female's are #$%##'s? it could be a dominance thing. how'd you acclimate them?

i floated them for an hour then i added 1/4 cup of my water(from the tank) every 5 minutes. Then when the bag was ful i poured them out(it was about 45 minutesbefore i dumped em)

maybe she doesnt like the wallpaper in the new house
