2 Filstar Xp3 on 55 gallon

Would 2 Xp3s and 1 marineland emperor 400 be to much filteration on a 55 gallon. I have 1 xp3 and 1 emperor right now but i saw a great sale on another xp3 and want to pick it up. Im mostly worried that the current for all these will be so strong the fish will die. im not sure if this makes sense or if im being paranoid but thanks for the responses.

Does anybody know if the current will be to strong the emperor im getting rid of in 2 months for a bak pak 2 skimmer. I really want to get that other xp3 today but want to make sure i can run both before i buy.

Two times 350 gph is fine for a 55. You will even need more flow than that. Your skimmer might cover it, or you might need a powerhead too.
But it all depends on what species you're keeping in the tank. Above statement covers "reef". Other setups will differ.
