2 months and zebra moray wont eat?

I have a Zebra moray in a 960 gallon aquarium. I have tried everything to get him to eat. Shrimp, Silversides, krill, squid, nothing seems to work. water parameters are fine, and everthing else is eating. It has been 2 months now! ANy Ideals?

have you tried live fiddler crabs

960 gallons? Do you have to put on scuba gear to try and feed him?????
