1. What is a sufficient amount of live rock for a 75 gallon reef tank? (in pounds)
2. Anyone on this board have an opinion on ordering live rock from swf.com versus ffexpress.com. Which one is better in your opinion????????

I have about 150 lbs but its pretty crammed so try going for 75. ALso, i've heard good things about SWF.com live rock but have never heard about this other one... good luck.
