1. maybe?
2. feed them once a day?
My clown eats everything from flake, pellet, frozen brine shrimp, mysys, cyclop ease. I would give them a bit of variety and feed them every day. Doesn't mean you have to over feed them but doesn't seem like they are getting enough from what your doing.

1. I'm not sure on this one either
2. You should really vary their diet, feeding the same thing day after day can cause them to become difficient in certain nutrients.

You may not be feeding enough. I believe you can feed fish once every 2 days or so and keep them healthy. Need to add small amounts that they can eat right away, before it falls to the tank floor. Then do it again and if needed keep up until they are not getting it all. Small amounts are the key.
IMO you also need to give them more of a balance like jackri said. Use many different types of food, that they will eat of course, to give them a good balance of nutrients. Also look into some vitamin supplements like Selecon or Zoecon. Follow the instrutions on the bottle.
Just so you know your coral do not feed on DT's, just on the critters that eat the DT's.
