I did my weekly water change mon (today is wed) I changed 15-20 gal out of a 90 gal. I put my sea goblin in later mon night after his qt and i put in 2 anthia's that i picked up yesterday. All 3 are small still. My question is my levels were fine before and after water change. I just checked them a few min ago and my nitrate was at 20 and my nitrite was at.25. Is is safe to do another water change so soon?

You don't need to do a water change at all. .25 is like almost nothing for a reading on anything, and 20 for nitrates is not at all bad. Inverts need nitrates below 40..fish really don't care.
Is it safe to do another water change...only in an emergency, where the water change is safer than not doing it. For example: a huge ammonia spike will kill the fish if you don't take immediate action..

It is safe to do larger/multiple water changes if the pH, SG and temperature of the DT water and change water are the same. I have done 50% water changes many times in the past when I first entered this hobby several years ago and was having trouble with my nitrogen cycle and/or Ich.
