The quickest that I had a tank cycle was 3 weeks. Of course I didn't add anything to the tank for the 1st week. Just keep an eye on the water params. Its possible that they could fluctuate a little. I would wait a few weeks before adding anything just to be on the safe side.

Sure its possible to cycle in 2 weeks. When I cycled my 20gal, I used cycle(which im sure you have all heard about) at double dose. My tank was completly cycled in a little under 2 weeks. :D

our 75 took a little over 2 weeks, with no cycle products, just lr ls and circulation, but it is also very possible that it did not do so yet
is there any ammonia or nitrite or nitrate at all?
if not, then maybe you still havent, b/c most generally the nitrates do not go all the way down to zero(sometimes, but not generally)
if in doubt, put a piece or 2 of raw shrimp in there, if it is fully cycled, it should break down relatively fast and could be removed, if not then it will start to cycle for sure in a few days
or, wait a few more weeks anyhow, expecially since with a tank that size, you really need to go slow, and should not be stocking right away or to the hilt, so waiting will not hurt you anyway
