20 gallon setup questions

I've had a 75 gallon reef for a while and now I'm considering setting up a 20 gallon tank primarily for corals. I picked up a 24" 2X65W PC fixture a while ago for a really good price, so I'm planning on just using that for lighting. Should that be sufficient for hard corals, or should I give more serious consideration to MH?
Also, I wasn't quite sure what to do about filtration for it. I was thinking about trying a DSB and a skilter. Any thoughts on that? I've heard that the skilter sucks at skimming, but how much organic waste will really be produced if I just have corals, some hermits and shrimp, and maybe a clown and a goby--or something along those lines?

i've got a 20 long full reef, its been set up for about 2 years, and i use 2x65 w pc. I've kept pretty much all LPS, softies, zoo's, some anemones, and even a couple hard corals. You'll like them

Cool, thanks. So how do your hard corals do with that setup? Do they thrive, or do they seem to be just getting by? What do you use for filtration?
