20 gallon what can i use it for

ok i hav a tomato clown in there by him self i want to add a sea anemone what else can i get i was thinking of putting my yellow tang but is he going to be ok in a 20 gallon or should i get another clown and a shrimp and some coral i hav had reef setups before but a while ago help me please !

it can be a cool mini reef?? maybe a seahorse tank??? how big is your tang???

Hey,
A tang needs way more room than a 20gal. Most people say at least a 100gal. I think a 20gal would make a perfect refugium for one of your larger tanks. Nano reefs are very hard to keep. Not impossible, but not recommended for beginners. HTH

I recomend the clown, anenome, and 1 shrimp.
That's it with other corels. 20 gal is to small for tangs and even 2 tomato clowns.

hey,
i have a 20g reef. its not hard at all. i top off the water everyday, i feed it every day, and adjust the water chem everyother day. and scrape the glass every other day.but it is Extreemly Important to go SLOW! do it right the first time or you will waste lots of money.

sps corals
hard corals
soft corals
3 small fish
crabs
CBS
tiger tail cuke (favorite)
any way it can be done just take it slow and read alot.
