any offer over $720.00 has a new big tank. I have had the tank for 4 years and it has been in storage for 3 of them. the stand is a 1 year old pine cabinet with an oak finish and it looks nice. the lights are relativly new(5 months at most) and are in a hangable hood that is not beautiful but very effective. the ballast is mounted in the hood and if the offer is nice I will gladly include a huge emperor dual biowheel. the tank is in great shape for an older tank, it was a reef display at a pet store that went out of business and i bought it. the glass has minor scratchs in places and a trim piece has been reconnected (no damage to glass) buyer gets to see it full of water if they like as it is up and running. this tank is a BEAST it has almost half inch glass and is on the heavy side but whoever gets it will have a blast with it. -will- :D

hey, I'll consider any, and all offers. This tank has not been moved since new, and has zero defects, no scratches, etc.

kingmofasa, I am not sure what you mean. The 200 is set up currently for freashwater and is using 2 rather massive emporer biowheels and an aquaclear 802 powerhead from my reef tank. I dont think anything else from it whold fit on your tank

I have lowered the asking price to $600 for the full setup. I am starting to get the bug to set it up as a secondary reef and I really dont have the time or $$$ for two reefs. <img src="graemlins//uhuh.gif" border="0" alt="[U-Huh]" />

I WAS WOUNDERING IF YOU WOULD BE WILL TO TAKE SOME THINGS IN ON TRADE IF NOT SWAPE TANKS, YA I NOW HA HA. BUT IT IS WORTH A SHOT ANYWAY. I AM A NEW AT THE SALT WATER TANKS BUT I AM RELIZING THAT A 50 GALLON IS TO SMALL AND I WOULD LIKE TO SWAP SOMEONE FOR A BIGGER TANK BUT DONT HAVE A LOT OF MONEY TO SPEND , SO I AM HOPING THAT WE COULD DO SOME TRADING OF SOME SORT AND COME A ARRANGMENT

Out of curiosity, why wouldn’t you convert this 200-gallon tank to a reef system? I would think that would be less expensive than starting over.

kingmo, I dont think that is going to work out. I already have 2 50 gal and a 60 in my garage. and I just want to sell the 200 I already have a 150 gal reef setup that is taking all of my designated aquarium time(and money...and then some)

Newbie, bigger is always a better way to start. I started saltwater with a 150 about a month and a half ago.I wanted to use the 200 but I just dont have the needed space in my apartment. The 200 is still avail and actually is up and running with freshwater fish. you are welcome to come and see it and make me an offer. It has a oak stained cabinet and a hangable hood with a large ballast and 2 newer 6 foot actinic lights blue and white. email me at wilman79@aol.com for my number and I will tell you anything you want to know.

i bought a digital camera with that in mind today, but i forgot to buy a battery so hopefully tomorow i will have a pic or 2. right now the tank is setup with just a few freshwater fish and no gravel or anything so you even get to use your imagination on what it would look like with your own personal artistic touches.
