i have some drilled out pieces of concrete so there isnt to much mass to them will this hurt to use as base rock in my tank

All depends on where the concreate came from and how it was made. :happyfish

not a pro but i think concrete has chemicals in it but dont know if it would effect your fish or not. concrete after its cured and gets wet can still burn some people from the chems in it
