200lbs. Live Rock + 140lbs Live Sand In NYC

The rock is all figi, the tank has been running for 2 years so the rock is covered in algae, the sand bed is 140 lbs. Plus there is a couple of hundered critters living in the rock and sand. I am asking $550 for both the sand and rock, It must be picked up.

I might be interested in some stuff but am interested if you have anything other then just sand and rock. I'd perhaps be interested in something like 10lbs of sand and some critters &&& depending on what else you have who knows.
