Hi!
I have had this tank since September 2nd and have just begun to put in corals!
I had a Fimbriated Eel in there, but it got too big so I moved it. Now, I am slowly adding new fish and corals. It is still very young and just starting to get pods. I also had a slight hair algae problem that is now under control.
Stock List:
1 Six-Line Wrasse
1 Diadema Basslet
5 Reef Hermits
1 Sand-Sifting Star
1 Rock Anemone
1 Cleaner Clam
3 Serpent Stars (Hitchiked on a piece of Live Rock)(2 Red w/ White Stripes, 1 White w/ Green Central Disc)
Corals:

Zoos: Brown and Green Centered

Hi!
I have bad news.... My Six-line Wrasse jumped the tank earlier today and I just now found him.
Has anyone else had a problem with this? Water parameters are perfect, Calcium is a little high, though. Anyone got any suggestions on what else to put in there? Also, will a clown host in a Rock Anemone? Thanks for the help!

P.S. I'm working on getting a picture of the Diadema Basslet.

Hi ci11337!
Thanks for telling me that there are some jumping species. I will put an acrylic lid or screen on top to help prevent the loss of other fish. Sorry to hear about your hawk.
On a high note... I got more coral!!!!
And pictures too!
I got, a Tonga Branch (I think that is the name) and with it came some zoos! I also moved my sand-sifting star to my other tank. Enjoy!

Hi!
Yesterday, I got a couple more rocks and needed to re-aquascape to fit them in correctly. I hope to keep this arrangement, too. I also removed the rubberband holding my Brown Zoo frag to its rock. This took 19 Days! Also, based on this.... my 1st frag is a success! Also, a couple more pics! Enjoy!

Hi!
Charred Salad: Thanks! I'll check out your tank, too. I don't know how much weight that tank can take, but I have around 25lbs. of rock. I just keep looking out for the "perfect" rock!
bjoe23: Thank you! My fish is a little camera shy. It only seems to stay out in view when it gets fed. Otherwise, it sees the camera and, "Bye-bye fishy!"
Also, I've noticed what seem be little tentacles that poke out of one of my rocks every once in a while. They are pure white and thin. Any ideas? Thanks!
I got some more pics; so... enjoy!

This is the Anemone up close. Notice the purple ringed mouth.

A better shot of the Diadema Basslet.

Hi!
Update! I think I have found that "Perfect Formation!" I moved my coral frags to the substrate until they grow out and then I will put them into the formation. I left one frag in the arrangement though. I also have changed the current so that it is in a circle of sorts... The airstone is for aesthetics and it also kind of acts as a make-shift protein skimmer until I get mine.
Would a pair of False Perculas live in harmony in this setup? The only other fish is my Diadema Basslet. Thanks!
The pics.....

Here is a new full tank shot. It's cloudy because I had some bubbles from the airstone get sucked into my powerhead and cause a maelstrom of bubbles.

The Kenya Tree opening.

i really do hope that my tank turns out to be as good as yours...but im focusing on corals at the moment and i wanna get more live rock when i get more money. so yeah...
keep it up!!

Hi!
Thanks for all the kind words!!!!! It doesn't look like I'm going to be getting anything this weekend because of race traffic. If I do, I'll be sure to update! I'm thinking of getting some Green Star Polyps or if there is any, and I can support it, some Acropora. Maybe, just maybe, a Mandarin Goby. If all else fails, I'll just add to my clean-up crew! Thanks again!
