20ish gallon tank

Hey, I'm somewhat new to the Saltwater aquarium (Had a 55 gallon fish-only for about 7-8 months now) and am wondering exactely what kind of stuff i would need for a small reef tank.
Specifically, i KNOW i am putting a clownfish pair and a flame hawkfish in this tank as they are in my 55 gallon now with a lionfish that might be thinking they are food too soon for my comfort. I would like to keep some anenomies in this tank (for the Clownfish to hopefully take a liking too), and some inverts (Gonna try a large shrimp to see if Hawk will go after it, if so probably a Purple lobster). If its possible, and not TOO expensive (I know lighting is quite expensive), i would like to have a few peices of coral in it too.
The question i have is what would i need, being as specific as possible, to keep a tank like this healthy and happy? Also, if you have any other advice i would love to hear it as i am by far not a pro yet.

If you want a second tank on the cheap, the corals might break your budget. The corals themselves can cost a good bit, and most of them need a decent amount of lighting which can be pricey too. Decide what corals you want so you can see how much lighting you need and then you can get an idea of how much it would cost you to do a second tank. I would also recommend going to the nano forum, there are plenty of threads there with pictures of 10 and 20 gallon tanks. It might give you some ideas.
