It is possible but in the end you might only have a Queen

queens need a fish-only and if not given what they need will make it on their own

That Queen is big and will only grow and take out the Huma. The Huma is a 7 out of 10 as far as triggers go, but no match for a larger more aggressive Queen. If you do get a emperor make it the last fish in, and follow good QT rules.
I have seen a Queen about 10" or so trash a 300g tank, moving rock, making sand cloud up the tank and just be a real pill. I have never had one, and for that reason. I don't know of to many people who would deal with this fish. It is another fish that is a species only tank to keep. Not looking to rain down on ya, just looking to help save you some money on what looks to be a start to a nice tank. Trial and error is not the fun way to learn about fish.
