24/7 LED and fish?

Hey,
My LEDs on my fish tank stay on 24/7 even at night? Is that okay fr the fish or do they need cmplete drkness t sleep/ wind down?

IMO, its better to have a day/night cycle, what kind of fish do you have

"Daylight" LED's should be turned off, however, blue moonlights can be run 24/7 with no ill effects.
