240 aggressive or reef

i have a 240 (8x2x2) tank and i don't know what to make it out of.
Reef or Aggressive

I would say reef, because most of the cool aggressive things like sharks and rays require bigger tanks, IMO. But also if you are on a limited budget you may want to go with an aggressive tank rather than a reef tank.
Reef= LOTS o Money
Aggressive tank= Less of LOTS o Money
