24g Aquapod Nano Tank Diary

Ok, My tank is gonna arrive MONDAY!!!

I am going tommorow to get the following
A Pail of Instant ocean Sea Salt
40lbs of LS
Food
Hydrometer
12lbs of LR(after I get my tank)
Test equipment(nitrate tests etc.)
Ill post some pics as soon as it arrives monday!
Until then post some suggestions and ill post some pictures

I know the feeling of the excitment on waiting on a new tank to arrive. Hang in there.
Why are you spending on food when you don't have any livestock though? Maybe put any extra you can into LR. 12lbs really is only about half what you need for a 24gl. And you could probably go a bit more than that.
What are you doing for water? Hope you start out right and not use tap.
Keep us up tp date with pics when it arrives. Lucky you.

Im not using tap i can walk to Kroger and but a big jug of pure water from those things in stores.
And yea your right i guess I will invest in more LR

Ok UPDATE
It came yesterday its in my house and all the lights are checked no cracks so its 100% ready for work from what I have reviewed. However there might be a crack i cant see we will half to see when I add my water sometime this week(as soon as my stand is up)
Here are some pictures mainly the box in which it came in I will provide more later when its in its permanant spot

Its going in the dinning room I believe and It should be set up tonight I just need help moving our night stand(what we are putting it on)
Im planning on buying sand and salt when my mom gets home so she can drive me to the LFS

Well it was part of a Bedroom set we bought a couple thousand.
We dont have any other stand to put it on theres a corner that we will put it in

I would to my Room is VERY small because its also my computer room
But If I removed the printer table I could But I will ask when my parents get home.
