24gal Aquapod have a few ?

I have a 24g aquapod and I have a few questions I hope you all can help me with.. Right now this is what I have in the tank..
~ Gold stripe maroon clown
~ Tiny hippo tang ~ he will be moved to bigger tank when needed.
~ Goby Eel
~ Peppermint shrimp
~ sexy shrimp
~ 10-15 crabs
~ 2 bumble bee snails
~ 1 turbo snail
~ 1-2 porcelain crabs
I upgraded the stock pump with a Rio 1100 which give me about 100 gph
I also removed the blue sponges and bio balls and have filter floss that I change about every two weeks, along with some bagged carbon.
There are a few things in my tank that I don't know what they are and what they need to thrive..
Any suggestions would be GREAT!! Thanks

Ok in the first photo the is a small red thing that has a circle of white dots comming out of it.. I have a few of these and the biggest on is about the size of a quarter.. What is it?

is that a gold stripe maroon or a normal maroon.......cause the golds arew like my favorite fish but theyre too mean
for what i want in my tank

He is a gold stripe, and not aggressive that I have ever seen him and the tang are buddies!! I am hoping to add another fish but cant decide what..
