25 Gallon DIY LED Lighting

Hey everyone I just got back in to the game (been out for about 4 years). I purchased a 150W MH pendant but it had a faulty ballast and had to send back. Im looking to possibly go LED. I do not know much about LED as far as how many I will need and such but This is what i'm aiming for (dont know if possible)

• 
  want to be able to keep anything I want in it as far as corals go (even at the bottom of tank)
• 
  Also I like the 15000K - 20000K look.
  Would love to conceal in a canopy that is not 12" high as it would look stupid on a 25. Is a 6"-8" high canopy okay?

If anyone has a DIY setup or something similar to this and would care to point me in the right direction as to what color, watt, and how many i would need to accomplish this it would be great.
