250 mh bulb

ok thanks i know nothin about mh i do have a 2/55 power compact i was thinkin of runin some atinics in and also have a regulr light with a 35 watt atinic

i also want to be able to do clams and stuff like nice corals when i get all the stuff i need may take a while but i will get there

I'm putting an AB 10k bulb on my tank today =$79 from ocean center. The AB 250w 10k. Tested at 110par and 6.5k tested 130par both on magnetic ballast. But the AB has more violet aand uv than Iwaski. The Iwaski does have more blue but I want to fins out for myself which is finaly better 10k or 6.5k. Does the light temp really matter? Well I'm gonna finally try on my tank. The ab or 10k buls @ $20 more insead of @$40 and they are new. Have good par.= 400w ushio is only 99par. Anyway I'm gonna try. I would get the 250w for your 90g. 10k i would only use AB,ushio or clone= german. The chinese and other 10k bulbs have been proven to have low par and not very good quality.
