250 wat PFO dual pulse ballast and bulbs

Here is what I have:
250 wt PFO dual pulse start ballast- only 6 months old. I have 1 cord , will through in. $125.00
1 AB 10k 250wt halide bulb- 6 months old $30.00
1 Hamilton 10k 250wat halilde bulb- only burned for 1 week $65.00
The reason Im selling I upgraded to 3 400 watters on my tank.
Every thing is in great condition. Will ship at your expense. The ballast cost me 17.00 to ship from PFO when I purchased it.

so does that ballast power 2-250w halides, or just one 250w bulb?

you state you have one cord, does this unit need two cords? and does this unit run 1 light or 2?
