Well its over now. Me and my dad moved it. We actually left it on the stand too! Didn't even unhook anything underneath. Picked up one end at a time and slid dollies underneath. Rolled it right through the mall and onto my trailer. Then slid it on cardboard through the house right into position. It is heavy, but 2 strong men can handle it. I believe we could have carried the pieces individually if needed.
Of course we did empty it though. Put the 200#'s of LR & sand in (6) 20gal totes, then with a new garden hose and pump, moved the water into (4) 50gal trash cans. It came with livestock too. 8 fish, 2 shrimp, 1 urchin, lots of mushrooms and a couple others maybe. 4 1/2 hrs later and we're done! (Well, still waiting on the sand to settle to put fish back in and put hood on).
Not to bad for $1300! ! !
