25g big enough for maroon clown pair?

Hi. Just got a good deal on a used 25 gallon tank and stand. I am going to set it up and let it cycle and everything, and then was considering purchasing a pair of Yellowstripe Maroons in hopes of breeding them. I have a couple questions:
1. Is a 25 gallon suffice for this pair? I don't intend to put anything other livestock in, except an anenome.
If the answer to above is "no", then you don't bother having to answer the rest...
2. I plan on putting some live rock in, and perhaps live sand, but was wondering if the sand would be a good idea, considering that Clowns like to have a flat spot to lay their eggs.
3. I ordered a book about Clownfish and breeding, but as I prepare for setting up my tank and getting the cycle going, is there anything in particular that I should keep in mind (supplies to purchase, etc)?
Thanks for the help!

gold Maroon get 3 to 6" tank's a little small.
But will be ok.
make a good cave with l/r and put anenome on top.
But not good for breeding.
Or not good to eggs to live after hatching.

I'm not sure I understand. The tank setup won't be good for breeding? I know you have to move the eggs once they've been laid and stuff. What is wrong with that setup for the initial breeding though?

I've seen at least 3 different maroon clowns in the 6" + range. It's true clownfish aren't open swimmers and maintain small areas, but one 6" female with a 4" male are going to look very crowded in a 25gallon. I personally would not recommend it.

I decided to wait. The "25" gallon tank was actually a 20. I knew that 25 was pushing it and wouldn't last forever, so I'll just wait...
This is good info for the future though...I hope to start the new setup within the next couple weeks. Thanks for all of your help, everyone!

Awww, thats unfair. The thing with GSM clowns is their coloring is almost directly effected by their food source. A good food source with addition of color enhancing suppliments can go a long way. If you look at the pics of Keith's and mine I'd hardly say that was ugly and they are probably very close to the same size as the ones you've seen in that shop.
