25g tank need help choosing setup

I have a 25g tank that currently has freshwaterfish in it. I bought it on ---- and it seems to work fine. I plan to switch to saltwater i currently have a heater and a Top Fin filter. Can i use this for saltwater fish? And what kind of fish should i get? Any feedback is welcome.

thanks that helped alot. Do you know about the filter or will all filters work with saltwater?
