29 bio cube help!

So i set my bio cube up about two weeks ago. Its been cycling and the diatoms have shown up about a week ago and now im growing green algae. I have one little fish in there, a small toad fish. Ive had him in there for about a week and a half. all of a sudden though the last two days there has been a white haze in the tank. its real murky and cloudy. ive changed the filter pads and everything. any advice?

Im not sure im going to test it later today. But its wierd, because i never had that problem with my 24 galllon nano cube. its like a white cloud in there.
