You want to grow hard corals for $150?? WOW, your not asking much there.....lol
On aquatraders you can get a 24" 130w CF fixture for. $64.90 It will be tough to keep hard corals with that light though, but it will keep soft corals just fine..
But if you up that to about $225ish, you can put 4 24" 75w VHO's in there.
Or find a used MH fixture with a 150 or 250 bulb.
My LFS competes with Hello Lights for pricing on lights, so go there and check out some VHO setups using ARO ballasts.
But Hello Lights has a deal right now with free T5 bulbs with there retro kits.....So $200 plus shipping you can get 4 24w t5's in there.
