29 gal Tank and Skimmer needed

I live in the chicago land area and i am looking for a protein skimmer and a 29 gallon tank. I thought i had one but my buddy boke it on the way to my house :eek: (go figure my luck) For the skimmer i am not looking for anything crazy like maybe 50 bucks or less. Hope you can help!

Why don't you just go out and buy a new 29 gallon tank? You can pick one up brand spanking new for $40, and you are then 100% certain of the history of the tank (i.e. you know that copper has not been used in it, you know that it has not been resealed, and you also get a warranty with it). This board is a good place to look for a cheap, used skimmer. I don't think I have seen any decent skimmers sell for less than $50 around here, but I have seen Seaclones and Prizms go for just a little more than that. HTH
