29 gal tank in Newport News, VA

I started up a 29 gal tank at the end of March, but due to time commitments am finding it near to impossible to give my tank the attention it needs to flourish. So I decided to come here and see if there was anyone was interested in my tank. Right now the tank is near the end of cycling. There are 10 Nassarius snails, 6 Astreas, and 1 peppermint shrimp. I have a sand bed with 25 lbs of LR from lr.com and 30 lbs of baserock from hirocks.
I am asking $200 for the tank and its contents. If you are interested and want more pictures (the picture I provided is just my tank with the 25lbs of lr prior to adding the base rock) just email me.

Sorry I'm not willing to sell the snails seperately. As for the lights I have on my tank, they are not for sale with this tank as I am selling them to someone else.
So this is for the tank with the hood it came with (the tank was brand new), and the contents of the tank, and any extra supplies I can find at the time of sale. $175 (since I realize things depreciate in value)
