Welcome to the site...
Figure around $1000.00 to set up a new 29g saltwater tank. I just finished setting up a 30g and without the skimmer it ran $1000.00
Add to your list a small power head
Some kind of filter or sump
Skimmer
Lighting (part of the biocube?)

If I may........ hold on the lawn mower for awhile..... he will starve to death. Waite until your tank is well established first. Just my experience.

well yea, I was planning on doing that. I was just giving the lifelong picture. I don't really want to be cleaning up dead fish anytime soon

Listen bucko,
This is a place for NANO tanks, and as I see it, you have NO tank. Therefore please do not speak in here until you achieve what was said before. We here at the community do not enjoy Hypotheticals so either man up and get the tank, or DON"T, but untill then, DO NOT POST HERE
P.S. Just playin....NOT, seriously you know your options
