I found a 29 gallon Biocube with Stand, Live Sand, Live Rock (like 3 Lbs.), Protein Skimmer, Reef Lighting System (?) Ocellaris Clownfish, Damsel. The list price is $220, I will try and offer him $200. What's your say on it? Also, what is the lighting you get with these?

What are you planning on keeping in there?? Those fish aren't really compatible with horses. The clowns are a maybe, but they can get aggressive during feeding
The main thing with bio-cubes is heat. Horses need to be kept at 74 degrees or lower.
Also flow can be a challenge.

I just wanted a Seahorse and a Clownfish. I'll take the Damsel back to the store. What type of lighting does it come with?

no clue what kind of lights are in that tank. Probably pcs.
Please read thru the first three threads in this forum
Here is the compatibility chart for horses.https://forums.saltwaterfish.com/t/315559/seahorse-compatibility-chart Clowns are a 3 or 4 which are bad.
There are other fish that are better suited for a seahorse tank.
These tanks need to be built around the seahorse, not the fish. They can become stressed by active fish. They need to be fed frozen mysis once or twice a day. Their temps need to be kept at 74 degrees or below for their health. They are social fish and should be kept in pairs

I personally would skip the Bio-Cube and the clownfish. Set up a tank from scratch for the horses. If you want other fish in the tank I would go with peaceful clown gobies. My seahorse loved my yellow clown goby..lol.
If you get this tank you may be inheriting this persons headache with disease or other problems.

the lighting is
1 Coralife 10,000K 36Watt Compact Fluorescent lamp, 1 Coralife Actinic 36Watt Compact Fluorescent lamp, 3 ¾ Watt Lunar Blue, Moon Glow LED lights and dual fans integrated into the hood
which took me 30 seconds to ind on google.
The problem with a used tank is you have no idea if the lights need replacing or not. If its older then 6 months then i would say you will need new bulbs. Also its risky buying a uses tank with fish and rocks, the transport may cause a new cycle.
i would save up a bit more cash and make your own tank
