Hello, and welcome to the site.
You need more live rock...lots more live rock, and you need a power head to move the water. The wave is the life of the ocean and your SW tank. There are lots of decorative macroalgae...check out this site called "Golf Coast Ecosystems" I love the bright red macros myself. The Caulerpa Prolifera looks like turtle grass, another favorite.
The rock needs to be on the very bottom of the tank, and the sand pushed around it (you can't build on shifting sand). Build the rock until halfway up the center of the tank. make sure it's secure and won't topple.
