3 gal.

so i have this 3 gal pico with just coral frags and there seems to be a lot of dust or dirt on the sand. all i have for circulation is the tiny hob filter that came with it. i've tried to modify the smallest PH i could find to get more flow. but when it powers on it sends sand flying everywhere.
any sugestions on getting more flow?

here is a pic of my 3 gal i took awhile ago i took off the filter that came with it and upgraded to marineland penguin 100 its the smallest one i could find and slowed the flow down with some filter material i had, ive added one more rock to the tank since but i have not had a chance to do anything else and just so you know the clown is coming out as soon as i get my other tank up and going

that is the same tank i have. no no pics. i will go buy a camera tonight and take some. it pisses me off that it's 11 1/4 inches wide cause you can't find a light fixture that fits. so i have a 20w 50/50 hanging from the ceiling.
