3 green chromis too much?

I am thinking about adding 3 green chromis to my 29 gallon tank, that currently just has a citron goby. would this be too much?
I have a 10 gal sump/fuge with a ss65, and about 40lbs of rock.

I have to disagree. Chromis can grow to 3" or so, and like to be quite active. The sump might help the bioload. The DT size (footprint) would not be fair to the fish.
Aside from that, if you chose to do that, you would be fully stocked with no other choices?
I like chromis (a lot!) but would not want them as my main fish.

What do you suggest for a good active fish for a 29 gallon tank? I have the citron goby that doesnt do much, and i have had clowns that swim in just a small area.

A smaller wrasse would be a good option. The fairy family, or a four or sixline would be good choices. They like to hunt in the rock, so are active and I have not found them to be shy. One wrasse per tank.
Pseudochromis are also nice fish, but can be territorial and you might want to add this fish last. The strawberry pseudochromis have always tickled me.
Consider a cleaner shrimp?

I have a cleaner shrimp, and he is cool, but drives me nuts, constantly trying to steal food from my corals...
