IMO...
Your tank is way to small for a large angel, pigmy angel maybe, but with the clown(s) this might even be a squeeze.

Do you know how big these fish get? And if so why would you put one in a 30 gallon. I do not want to sound confrontational, but do not do it. That is not fare to the angel or the clowns. He will probablt harass the clown or eat them. Large angels need like a 180 gallons are better.CLICK HERE TO SEE MY REF. :)

A Emp. Angel will out grow the tank. That would be cruel to the angel. I have one in my 140 and I paid $89.00 so it would not be unheard of to pay $100.00. Yes on-line is cheaper but you do not get to see the fish before hand and you have to pay for the shipping. If that is the only fish you are ordering then it evens out to buying one in the store. Just my thoughts.
Don't get an Emp Angel, find something else that will fit in the tank.

My question to Briansreeftank is where can you fnd a "mature" 3 inch angel! Most of the dwarves get bigger than 3 in. and for a full-sized angel to mature at 3 inches would be a blatant lie! The Emporer grows to 12" in captivity and is one of the more challenging species of angel to keep! Get a couple of Clown gobies and a Coral Beauty, some live rock(if you don't have some already) and enjoy your tank man!

the emporer should have a minimum of a 100 gall tank heres some info on it
Family: Pomacanthiade
Origin: Central, Western Pacific Oceans; Red Sea
Size: Up to 15 inches
Diet: Omnivore
Tank Set-up: Marine: Coral or rock, plants
Reef Compatible: With caution
Tank Conditions: 72-78ºF; sg 1.020-1.025; pH 8.1-8.4
Minimum Tank Capacity: 100 gallon
Light: High
Temperament: Semi-aggressive
Swimming Level: No specific level
Care Level: Moderate
Reproduction: Egg Scatterer
"The adult Imperator Angelfish, also called the Emperor Angelfish, has a bold, blue body covered with bright yellow horizontal stripes culminating in a bright yellow to orange caudal fin. A striking blue-black mask covers the eyes and a similarly-colored vertical band extends from the pectoral fin two-thirds of the way up the body. This band is highlighted in a sapphire-blue in front, and bright yellow, caudally. The mouth is white.
The juvenile is black with circular white and blue stripes starting at the tail. Although sought after for its colors, in captivity, the adult coloration may not be as striking or brilliant, and the color transition from juvenile to adult, may not be complete. Supplementing the diet with vitamins and color-enhancing foods may help.
The Imperator Anglefish requires a 100 gallon or larger tank with live rock for grazing and hiding. It will nip at stony and soft corals (sessile invertebrates) and clam mantles, but may be kept with small-polyped stony corals and somewhat noxious soft corals.
It should be fed a diet of Spirulina, marine algae, high-quality angelfish preparations, mysid or frozen shrimp, and other meaty items."
HTH you to decide not to put it in a 30 gall
