30 gallon reef lighting

I have a quick question. I can't seem to find much info for a 30 gallon reef setup for lighting. Please Help! Will this be enough light: 1 X 250 watt metal halide with 2 X 75 watt VHO? I plan on using a 10K or 13K bulb. I have researched a lot on the actual setup, distances and wiring and such....so my only question is if this will be the proper lighting for my tank? If not, please help me.

I think it will be enough lighting.. I only have 2-65 watt compacts on my reef. I dont have any hard corals though just softs like polyps, xenia, shrooms, and now what looks to be a colt coral.. But I think that would be really good for a reef. But then again it may be to much light.. Just the MH is over 8 watts/gallon.. Just from what I have heard you need to mount that MH 6-12" from the top of your aquarium.. Anyone else wanna help??
