300 Gallon Setup

I am currently in the process of getting a 300 gallon setup with a top notch filtration setup located downstairs. Wet / Dry, Refugium, UV / Ozonator / Skimmer. I want to keep fairly large fish. I really like Puffers and I have a Huma trigger currently that is GREAT. Do you think the following selection would work well together or not?
1 - Stars & Stripes Puffer
1 - Huma Trigger
1 - Snowflake Eel
1 - Clown Trigger
1 - Golden Puffer
1 - Lion (volitian)
1 - Harlequin Tusk
1 - Broomtail Wrasse
I would like to add a few tangs if possible as well as some urchins and stars. Any sugesstions? Thanks in advance.

Try adding the clown last--if you want a tang--buy the biggest one you can find. A naso or a purple perhaps. Have you considered a big angel?, like the queen, add a lot of color and as long as she is big enough will do great in your tank. Have you considered a coral grouper??
they are pretty easy keepers, really neat fish and my god what a mouth!! Oh the fun you can have planning a big tank like that!!!!!
