30g cycle almost done

Hey everyone, my cycle is almost complete...
Ammonia = 0
Nitrite = .1
Nitrate = spiking... 15
PH = 8.0
SG = 1.024
Here is a shot of my 30g with 50lbs of live rock and 36 lbs of sand...

oh by the way can anyone tell me what is developing on the glass?

what color is it? light brownish and green probably deatrius algae its normal once the cycles done add ur clean up crew and it will take care of that
