30g fish tank

My brother has a 30g salt water fish tank, he had 3 damsels in it for about 6 months never has done a water change. Has had no problems with any of his levels. He recently put 1 yellow tang, 1 Puffer (very little), 1 lawnmore blemmy, 1 clown Fish, I can't rembember what else he has a total of 7 fish and 1 anemonie (sp). with maybe 10 punds of live rock. How is it that he can have all of this with no problems with his water he added all the fish at one time. :scared: My jaw dropped when he told me this, I explained it was to much for that small tank, he has no special liting for the anemonie(sp).
He said lfs told him his levels were good don't know readings.
Just wondering why his tank has no signs of bad levels.
I think I have spent more money on my 100g keeping it in good condition than he has on all his fish.
Just thought I would ask, I am very puzzeled.

yeah, I don't know what your brother was thinking :scared: :scared: :scared: !!!
The tang police are on their way... The puffer will get wayyyyy too big for that tank!
He'll learn in a few weeks that it was all a really bad idea!!!
someone should revoke his fish privelages...

I need to know what brands he uses. I am getting ready for a tank and it will only have a few fish in it. I would be happy to get away with one water change once a month let alone 6 months.
